broken dreams of a broken heart.
have you ever dreamed of being as rich as bill gates? dreamed of being in a royal family? or being loved by someone you truly love but can’t have that certain person?
dreaming or day-dreaming is always a part of my daily life. whenever i get bored with my class, when i get a bummer-mode at home or whenever i encounter such instances that will eventually lead me to dreaming about stuffs.
we all dream no matter how simple or impossible as they may seemed to be. that’s a one good thing about dreams. it’s also never limited, you can always mold it the way you want it and the most highlighted word to decribe a dream is priceless. it also makes you happy for a while. just for a while.
what i don’t like about dreams is expecting that it will come true. what is so much worse about it is that it may lead me to disappointment coz it never came true and then i’ll just end up having a broken heart because of a broken dream. plus, even the simplest dream that has the huge possibility of becoming true may give you a one hell of disappointment.
but inspite of the broken dreams that i had, i still continue to believe that some of them will come true someday. having faith with these dreams even makes me more human. i’ll just keep on dreaming and dreaming and not to worry too much on being disappointed.

Dreaming is safe as long as you don’t be obsessive about it. Nakaka-broken pag di natupad!

i’m a dreamer to.. but i guess i have learned to moderate my expectations of any of it coming true. My heart has been broken many times not because of a broken dream but because of expecting too much that it will ever come true.. :sigh: I still dream and i still believe but I’m scared to get my hopes too high now.

I most definitely agree. I hate it when I expect something to happen and it doesn’t.. because you get your hopes up only to have them crushed in the end. But nevertheless, daydreaming still remains one of my favorite pasttimes simply because it makes me feel better just thinking of something positive. =) Haha.
It’s great to be back. Missed you!

haha. i absolutely agree. even some of my blog entries come from daydreaming alone.
sometimes though, a dream does not come true. well that’s inevitable. pero ano naman? libre naman mangarap di ba. just let your imagination be.

I’ve always been a daydreamer. Some of those dreams have a come true when at the time I thought they would never be possible.

Well. We ALL have the right to dream. ;D I do that too, especially if I’m bored, I have these different kinds of bizarre dreams, dreams that are really impossible and dreams that are reachable. *grin* Yes. I get my heart broken everytime I wake up in the morning and realize that what I’ve experienced was all just a DREAM. ;[ But hey, we can’t do anything about it, but just suck it all up and face reality. *smile*
