it made me sick.
many people ask me why deleting friendster account has become one of my new hobbies. no, ginawa ko lang o.a. but really, when someone asks for my friendster eadd and then later on realizes that i no longer have one, i don’t know what to answer when he or she asks me why. that’s because i have lots of reasons. reasons that you will finally know.
it makes me sick:
- that people upload some pictures and let the world know that they have the face of an alien. there are girls who are widely spread on the fs world who make this “pacute moves” and made it to the point that it was as if they are warping their faces. you know, face warp that you usually have if you have a photoshop on you pc or on your mobile. yes, pacute din ako but i have limitation from looking like an alien.
- i have also seen men that have these “pacute” moves that actually makes them look gay.
- that people uses friendster to boast. no need for further explanations. actually, the truth is that i am so tired of talking about this with people.
- that most of the profiles has bling-blings. sorry.
- that users keep on flooding the bulletin board. why do they need such huge attention?
- that people keeps on adding others whom they barely know. you know, just to have a large number of friends. don’t worry, i did this with my first account. i was ashamed that’s why i deleted it. haha!
- that user’s most concern is to have the largest number of friends and comments.
- and lastly, it gives me no privacy. i badly need it. no matter how you keep your profile private and add only selected friends in your account, the world will still know what’s happening about you. i don’t know how it happens. but it does.
also, my close friends are excused if they seem to have those characteristics. why? because somehow, i am such a biased being and that they have reasons why they seem to be like “that”. one of which is that they TEND to make fun out of themselves (on the alien thingy), you know yourself. hahaha!
and yet, there’s this another reason why i gave up using friendster and deleted it. but i won’t tell it here. i may, but not at this moment. i’m not in the mood for babbling that.
but i can’t blame others who are addicted to fs. we just have different kind of tastes, diba?
but i miss answering surveys and keeping in touch with my old friends in friendster. 
gyk (JAYK) is currently residing at angeles city, pampanga here in the philippines, she's also taking up BS Nursing at AUF. she's 18 y/o and doesn't care with her grammar. she is proud to say that she's in a relationship with a wonderful guy. she loves sweets (but who doesn't?) and coffee. internet and watching dvds makes her boredom get out of her way. she is addicted to tv series like gossip girl, OTH and house, m.d. music soothes her. she barely send sms/text messages. she just only text her bf. ;). she loves critics, it's either she'll take it positively or laugh about it. she lives her life the way she wants it to be. for her, nothing beats spending time with her loved ones and lastly, she sees to it that god is always on the top of her list.

it also makes me sick:
-instead of making their profiles neat-ier/be–ter they tend to put some glitter graphics and youtube videos.
-they post unnecessary bulletins with eye-catching subject and boo message.
-i hate chain messages.
-some people are annoying. they really make pacute.
-poseurs “not posers”: i always see users using this kind of words on their about mes. “I hate POSERS” where actually it must be POSEURS. (i think they should know how to bookmark dictionary.com)

ang ganda ng ambiance dito sa site mo. love the colours. i so love the combination. ang sarap tignan.. anyways, i’m one of those who asked why you deleted your friendster account so i really read it. those things really makes me sick. ang dami kong friends na hindi ko kilala and now im having a hard time deleting them. gosh. pero i still continue my accnt. kasi its one of the ways to communicate with my friends in pinas. actually its a big help for me. ahaha i made kwento na. sorry

the only thing i like about friendster, is that i get to connect with my friends.. i got 2 accounts,one exclusive and the other for whatever, for whoever.. lol but i rarely check out the latter

Okay na sana ang Friendster dahil ito ang magsisilbing isa sa mga “online identity” natin sa Internet. Kaya lang, may mga iba na tila yata may “weirdong” paggamit nito.
Siguro, masasabi akong guilty ako sa ilang kalabisan sa paggamit nito, pero kung ikukumpara ko ang sarili ko sa ibang tao, may mas malala pa pala sa’kin.
Libreng sakit sa mata ang mga profiles na sobrang tadtad ng mga ka-chuva-han. Halimbawa nito ‘yung mga makukulay na backgrounds na hindi angkop dahil halos ititirik mo na ang mga mata mo sa pagbabasa ng profile niya. Andyan din ang mga comments sections na ginagawang chatroom na kung tutuusin e pwede namang ipadala ang mensahe sa “send message.” May mga profiles na may sobrang tadtad sa mp3 files sa background. Ayos lang ang isa, pero kung andami na, mako-congest ang internet connection ng viewer bukod sa sabog sa tengang profile.
Isa rin ako sa iilang mga gumagamit ng Friendster na HINDI nagpaparami ng bilang ng “friends.” As much as I can, I keep it exclusive sa mga taong kilala ko talaga, mapa-offline o online life.
